Aside from responding to repair calls, we provide regularly scheduled maintenance on a monthly, quarterly or bi-yearly basis. During these visits we clean, lubricate and function test all cardio and strength equipment. At the end of the call you will receive a work order detailing all the work that was performed as well as any recommendations. If, after diagnostics it is determined parts are required, a written quote will be forwarded to you for your approval. Manufacturers' warranties vary with the grade of equipment. We treat warranty calls as a priority and typically respond to local calls within 24 hours. Our service area covers southern Alberta from Lethbridge to Red Deer, Banff to Medicine Hat and numerous locals in between. Every attempt is made to co-ordinate out of town scheduled service so the travel charges are distributed among customers.
